These terms cover your use of zainfy.co.uk and the main terms of working with Zainfy (“we”, “us”), a digital marketing agency for trade businesses based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. When you become a client, your proposal and contract set out the full details. If anything in them differs from this page, the contract wins.
You can use this website to learn about our services, use our free tools and get in touch. Please do not misuse it, try to break it, or copy large parts of it for your own use.
We work to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your specific business.
Our calculators and templates give estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are a guide only. The CIS and day rate calculators are not tax or financial advice, so please check important decisions with your accountant.
Every price is shown on our pricing page. Prices are quoted excluding VAT, and your invoice will show the VAT position that applies at the time. There is no setup fee on any plan.
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term. After that they roll month to month, and you can leave with 30 days’ notice.
You can move to a higher plan at any time, starting from your next billing cycle. Moving to a lower plan applies after your current minimum term.
Commit for 6 months and you get 10% off. Commit for 12 months and you get 20% off. On a 12-month SEO Growth or Pro plan, you can choose a free website instead of the 20% discount. The discount or free website applies for the full committed term, as set out in your contract.
Our ads management fee is what you pay us. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform on your own card, so you can see every penny. Any other third-party costs, such as domains or paid software, will be agreed with you before they are spent.
Your website, ad accounts, Google Business Profile and call tracking number are set up in your name. If you leave, we hand over access to all of them.
Before work starts, we agree in writing the results that count, such as rankings, calls and enquiries, with a date against each one. If we miss them within the first 90 days, we keep working at no charge until we hit them. The exact targets and terms are written into your contract.
We work with one business per trade per town. If your trade and town are already taken, we will tell you on the first call.
Payment dates and methods are set out in your proposal and contract. If an invoice is left unpaid, we may pause the work until it is settled.
We will do the work we agree to, with care and skill. We cannot control Google, Meta or other platforms, which change their rules and results without notice, so we cannot promise a specific ranking or number of leads except where it is written into your guarantee.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the problem happened.
The content, design and tools on this website belong to Zainfy. Work we create for you as a client, such as your website and page content, belongs to you once it is paid for.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a contract you have already signed.
